At the application of the Mexican company Cierres y Accesorios BBJ, SAde CV, it was decided that the zipper with metal teeth (Spanish: cierres de metal) originally produced in China Start anti-dumping investigation. The TIGIE tax code of the products involved is 9607.11.01. The resolution takes effect from the day after it is issued.
The dumping investigation period in this case is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, and the damage analysis period is from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. According to relevant Mexican laws, the Ministry of Economy has the right to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the market within 90 days before the implementation of the temporary anti-dumping measures.
