Second, in the finishing process after dyeing, the residual amount of fiber surface dye molecules, if the back channel treatment is more thorough, the surface dye residue will be minimal, soap washing is difficult to make the zipper cloth color.
However, due to many soap washing standards, such as soap washing temperature of 40 degrees C, 60 degrees C and higher 95 degrees C, many types of detergents, generally divided into phosphorus-free and phosphorus-free, washing time is also long and short. Therefore, under different washing standards, the resulting zipper cloth band fastness is not comparable. And the high intensity of soap washing, will cause the cloth band degree of decline. Therefore, in addition to telling consumers in the ordinary clothing washing process, for zipper cloth belt should not use high temperature water and excessive excessive excessive detergent, the general temperature should not exceed 40 degrees C, the best neutral and weak alkaline detergent, time not more than 30 minutes, the most important thing is in the selection of zipper products, Choose some products that are highly soap-resistant whenever possible.
Color transfer problem
